Samantha is a Liberian/American comedian who was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She first tried her hand at comedy on a public access TV comedy series called Off Da Grill where she played the character "Crazy Cakes" for six years. Following her experience in television, she started her journey in the stand-up world under the name “Samantha B.” – later changing it to Samantha Bentley. She was the first female to win the Pittsburgh Improv comedy contest, and has been named Best Comic several times by Pittsburgh Magazine. Her comedy style is relatable, raunchy and witty. She has had the opportunity to open for Eddie Griffin, Tony Roberts, Joe Tory, Gary Owen, Zainab Johnson, and Michael Blackson. Samantha continues her comedy journey while looking to become a household name.
